Delete your
PlayGang account.

1. Open PlayGang and sign in
   Use the account you want to delete.
2. Go to the Account tab and tap “Settings”
   Settings is in your Account page.
3. Tap “Delete Account”
   You will find it in the Settings menu.
4. Confirm the deletion
   The app warns that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Tap “Delete” to confirm. You are then signed out right away.

Data that is deleted

• Sign-in details (email, password and linked social accounts such as Google, Apple, Facebook)
• Profile data: display name, bio, avatar photo, 3D model and frame
• Friends list, private chats and notifications
• Wallet, inventory, purchase history and transactions
• Missions, progress and rewards
• Game reviews and party posts and comments you wrote
• Push notification tokens of your devices and block lists

Data that is kept

• An anonymized account record: only an internal ID and the deletion date remain. The display name becomes “Deleted User”, with no email or sign-in data.
• The reason for deletion, if you gave one (optional)
• Messages you sent in party group chats. They show as a deleted user and no longer link to your profile.

• Deletion is permanent. Your account, items and progress cannot be recovered.
• Parties you host are closed, and you are removed from parties you joined.
• Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions or purchases with the App Store or Google Play. Cancel any auto-renewing item in that store yourself.
