Information you give us

• Account information: such as username, password, email (including the OTP code sent to verify it), or details from a connected social account (Facebook, Google, Apple ID, Instagram). If you continue as a Guest, we create a temporary account ID for you without needing an email.
• Profile information: the photo you upload as your avatar, your 3D model data, or the profile frame you choose.
• Voice and AI chatbot: if you use the AI chatbot by voice or text, the app uses your microphone only while you use this feature, and sends what you say or type to the AI provider you choose (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, xAI) to generate a reply. This data is covered by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Device permissions: the app may ask for camera, photo library, microphone and notification permissions, only when you use a related feature such as taking or choosing a profile photo, saving an image, or using voice. You can turn these off at any time in your device settings.
• Communications: chat logs inside a Party or Community, used for safety review and to prevent inappropriate behavior.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and gameplay: game play history, completed Missions, Rewards received, and item purchase history in the Store.
• Mobile device information: IP address, device model, operating system (iOS/Android) and unique device identifiers.
• Analytics: app usage statistics used to develop and improve the platform.

• Provide and maintain the app: create and manage your account, and let you create a Party and play with friends.
• Rewards and Store: process Mission progress, grant rewards, and manage your 3D models and items.
• Improve your experience: analyze gameplay to offer new features and tailor the app to your needs.
• Community safety: detect and prevent cheating, spam and rule-breaking so everyone can play and chat safely.
• Communication: send Push Notifications about new parties, friend invites, new missions or system updates (you can turn these off in your device settings).

• Service providers: such as cloud hosting and crash reporting providers, who must strictly follow security policies.
• Google Firebase: used for sign-in (Authentication), push notifications (Cloud Messaging) and crash reporting (Crashlytics), and may receive user IDs, device identifiers and crash data.
• Apple, Google and Facebook: when you sign in or connect through these providers (including Instagram), we receive basic account details that you allow.
• Google reCAPTCHA: used to prevent bots and abusive sign-ups, and may collect device and usage data under Google’s policy.
• App Store and Google Play: payments for in-app items are processed through Apple’s or Google’s app store. We do not receive or store your card details.
• AI providers: when you use the AI chatbot, the voice or text you send goes to the AI provider you choose (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, xAI).
• Legal compliance: we may disclose your data if requested by legal authorities, or to protect the rights, property and safety of the app and other users.
• Other Community members: your public information, such as username, profile picture (uploaded or 3D model) and online status, is visible to friends and other users in your Community and Party.

• Access and edit: you can edit your profile, avatar and username at any time from the in-app settings.
• Delete your account: you can delete your account and personal data yourself with the “Delete Account” function in the app’s Settings, or ask support to do it. Deletion is permanent. What is deleted and what is kept (an anonymized account record, and group chat messages shown as a deleted user) is listed on the Delete Account page.
• Chats and images: images you upload can be deleted or replaced by you, and chat data is handled under our server data-retention policy.
